Service Desk Extension for Citrix GoToAssist
Service Desk is an extension for Citrix GoToAssist that displays records by number or two-word phrases that you can use to find your records.
How do I use it?
The service desk must be installed on your machine. Install the extension from Chrome Web Store.
If you don’t have a service desk, you’ll be taken to Citrix’s website where you’ll see the record number.
If the record is by number, enter the number.
If the record is by two-word phrase, enter the two words as two separate text fields.
You will see a record from the Service Desk in a new tab or in the current tab, depending on how you installed it.
